Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Industrial markets (sales, marketing, BD).
• Proven track record in commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, channels, and applications.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Experience building executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and budget management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed global organization.
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
• Create account plans, forecasts, and market strategies for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing for cross-selling opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Advocate for customer insights to influence product development and strategy.
• Lead business development to expand market share in targeted applications.
• Coach and develop sales professionals to foster collaboration and performance.
• Establish key account management processes and ensure pipeline accuracy and reporting.
