Chart Industries, A Baker Hughes Company, seeks a strategic Director, Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment commercial strategy across the Americas, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role drives revenue growth, customer engagement, and cross‑functional alignment with product management, marketing, and engineering.

You will lead the regional sales organization, develop account plans, manage budgets, and coach a high‑performing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Industrial markets including sales, marketing, and BD.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of industrial customer markets, applications, and sales channels.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Proven success building executive-level customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with Chart’s overall commercial objectives.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing teams to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Lead business development initiatives that expand market share and enhance Chart’s position in targeted industrial applications.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Establish and strengthen key account management processes to maximize engagement and value.
• Ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Partner with Marketing to develop messaging, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
