Chart Industries is seeking a strategic Director, Sales & Marketing to lead the Industrial Segment commercial strategy across the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico). You will guide regional sales, engage key customers, and drive growth through cross-unit collaboration.

You will analyze market trends, develop account plans, and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets while partnering with Marketing on campaigns and messaging. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Industrial Segment growth strategy across the Americas region.
• Lead the regional Industrial sales team and drive accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and market strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with business units, product management, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and solution-based selling.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead business development initiatives that expand market share and enhance Chart's position in targeted industrial applications.
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
