Job summary

Cadmus seeks an entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Energy Program Administration practice. This individual will develop strategy, secure new clients, and lead program operations that help utilities and government clients achieve decarbonization and energy savings goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams to shape differentiated offerings, build senior-level client relationships, and oversee program delivery to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and scalable, repeatable

Qualifications

10+ years in energy efficiency or utility programs, with 3+ years in leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.
Experience launching or scaling energy programs; strong business development.
Strong understanding of utility program design and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead business development for program administration and implementation with utilities and agencies.
Develop growth plan to scale the practice, including GTM strategy and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to shape offerings responding to regulatory and equity priorities.
Build relationships with clients, regulators, and industry partners.
Provide executive oversight to ensure delivery, compliance, data integrity, and equity objectives.
