Job summary

Logic20/20 is expanding and seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to lead strategy, the pipeline, and executive relationships in the Energy & Utilities market. You will own the end‑to‑end pursuit and convert senior client conversations into long‑term engagements.

Collaborate with practice leaders and the Microsoft alliance team to co‑sell into joint accounts, accelerating growth as utilities modernize generation, distribution, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hunter-focused sales experience in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to win executive-level deals with directors and VPs.
• Deep Energy & Utilities industry fluency and appetite for regulatory context.
• Experience selling professional services or consulting is a plus.
• Strong partnerships with hyperscalers (e.g., Microsoft) a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, pipeline, and relationships fueling growth in Energy & Utilities.
• Drive pursuit strategy, partner with practice leaders, and convert executive relationships into clients.
• Collaborate with Microsoft alliance team to co-sell into joint accounts.
• Develop and close long-term client engagements across utilities sector.
