Autodesk is seeking a Director, Operations Business Partner for its Emerging Technologies group. You are the embedded operations partner to senior Sales leadership, accountable for diagnosing and resolving the team's highest-impact operational challenges that cross systems and functions.

You own outcomes, drive work directly when possible, and mobilize cross‑functional teams — Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance — to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related role.
• Experience supporting VP/SVP-level sales leaders in embedded, field-facing capacity.
• Strong problem-solving to diagnose root causes and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tooling; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Emerging Technologies sales process and friction points at ground level.
• Diagnose operational problems directly with field teams and drive solutions.
• Identify systemic patterns across conversations and performance to address root causes.
• Reframe ambiguous problems into solvable questions and align senior stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end operational issues and coordinate with Marketing, IT, and Finance.
• Develop and run operating rhythms: status reviews, escalations, issue tracking, field feedback.
• Build a business case for changes and present clear recommendations.
• Prioritize field requests with enterprise alignment and ownership of outcome.
• Represent field perspective in annual planning and policy development.
• Identify patterns to reshape Revenue Operations programs and resourcing.
• Prepare and deliver operational context for leadership reviews.
