Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Director, Operations Business Partner to be the embedded operations partner for Enterprise Customer Sales. You will own outcomes, diagnose and resolve cross-functional operational challenges, and drive alignment with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You’ll work with senior Enterprise Sales leaders to accelerate field execution, close operational gaps, and provide timely, business-contextual input to prioritize initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role at an enterprise technology company.
• Direct experience supporting VP and SVP-level Sales leaders in an embedded, field-facing capacity.
• Deep understanding of at least one sales motion: enterprise sales, expansion, or commercial.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tooling; comfortable with data and analytics.
• Gets things done without direct authority across a wide functional surface; ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Get into the details of how the Enterprise Sales business operates—understand the sales process, execution gaps, and friction points at ground level.
• Diagnose operational problems yourself: talk to the field, form a clear point of view, and drive toward a solution.
• Own operational issues end-to-end—pull in the right teams and never hand off accountability for outcomes.
