Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Director, Operations Business Partner for its Enterprise Customer Sales organization. You’ll be the embedded operations partner, accountable for diagnosing and resolving high-impact operational challenges that cross systems and boundaries, and you’ll interface directly with Revenue Operations and other supporting groups.

You will drive outcomes, own end-to-end issues, and partner with senior sales and CS leadership to accelerate field execution and sharpen business context

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related role at an enterprise tech company.
• Direct experience supporting VP/SVP-level sales leaders in a field-facing capacity.
• Deep understanding of at least one sales motion: enterprise sales, expansion, or commercial.
• Strong problem-solving orientation with ability to drive cross-functional resolution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tooling; able to interrogate data.

Responsibilities

• Get into the details of how the Enterprise Sales business operates and identify friction points at ground level.
• Diagnose operational problems, talk to the field, form a clear point of view, and drive to a solution.
• Identify patterns across field conversations and performance to isolate systemic issues and act on them.
• Reframe problems into clear, solvable questions and align senior stakeholders toward resolution.
• Own issues end-to-end and build the operating rhythms: reviews, loops, tracking, feedback.
