Job summary
Mastercard is seeking a strategic Director to define and scale Services for Embedded Finance and Platform Solutions within the Commercial & New Payment Flows organization. You will develop and commercialize services across enterprise software ecosystems, fintechs, marketplaces, and platform providers.
The role focuses on embedding Mastercard capabilities into workflows, unlocking new revenue streams and accelerating customer growth, with a strong emphasis on scalable products and go-to-market
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Embedded Finance, Commercial Payments, or B2B software/fintech platforms.
- Proven track record launching and scaling products, services, or partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of embedded payments, platform monetization, and ecosystem strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define Mastercard's global Embedded Finance and Platform Services strategy.
- Develop commercial growth plans for platform ecosystems (ERP, SaaS, marketplace, procurement, fintech).
- Embed Mastercard capabilities within customer workflows and platform user journeys.
- Create repeatable Services offerings and define packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build partnerships with platform providers and collaborate with regional teams to grow the services pipeline.
