Mastercard’s Technology Infrastructure Finance team is seeking a Director, Finance Business Partner. This role partners with technology leaders to craft financial plans, manage performance and evaluate investments across the global payments platform.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, and deal management, providing insights to executives and driving efficiency. A Master’s in Finance and strong leadership are preferred; this role offers broad exposure to global finance

Qualifications

• Finance business partner experience in a technology organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle, and Hyperion; prefer understanding of Apptio and Agile IT methodology.
• Masters degree preferred in Finance or related field; strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and drives financial reporting needs (budgeting, forecasting, planning) for a technology area.
• Provides financial insights to leadership and develops new metrics to measure success.
• Partners with regions, business units and corporate to analyze new business opportunities.
• Collaborates with senior partners as a trusted advisor on financial matters; drives efficiency alignment.
• Performs deal management, contract management, and TBM cost allocations for product lines.
• Supports strategy and process improvements to align with market objectives.
