Job summary

Mastercard’s North American SME team seeks a Director, Product Solutions & Enablement to drive commercialization of SME payment platforms. This role bridges global product teams and regional stakeholders to accelerate adoption, enablement, and customer engagement across North America.

You will guide GTM strategies for virtual cards, spend controls, and supplier payments, translating complex payment concepts into tangible customer value and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in commercial payments and B2B payment use cases.
• Strong understanding of payment flows: authorization, clearing and settlement.
• Ability to translate complex payments into clear business value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NA subject matter expert for Mastercard’s SME payment solutions portfolio.
• Develop regional go-to-market and commercialization strategies to drive adoption.
• Partner with BD, account management, product and regional stakeholders.
• Support customer, issuer, fintech and partner engagements across the solution lifecycle.
• Explain product capabilities and market-specific requirements to stakeholders.
• Deliver enablement materials, product training and playbooks for teams.
• Gather regional market intelligence to influence product priorities.
• Build relationships across global and regional teams to accelerate growth.
