Mastercard is seeking a Director, Enterprise Strategy to drive strategic priorities and governance across the organization from New York. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, regional and corporate teams, delivering data-informed updates to executives.

You will partner on investor communications and manage analytics supporting strategic messaging and business reviews, influencing senior leaders and aligning initiatives with enterprise goals.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or enterprise planning in payments/fintech.
• Experience with global teams and navigating matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of Mastercard’s products, services, business model and revenue drivers.
• Demonstrates excellence, positive attitude and collaborative leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Advanced analytical skills to source, manage and interpret data for strategic messaging and investor communications.

Aufgaben

• Lead governance across Network and Digital Products, ensuring initiatives align with enterprise priorities.
• Support the KPI process end-to-end, including design, implementation, and management of performance frameworks.
• Manage business review processes with senior leadership and deliver data-informed updates and recommendations.
• Develop materials for investor communications in collaboration with Finance, Investor Relations and Product leadership.
• Run analytics and manage data processes to support strategic messaging and executive decision-making.
• Support strategic projects enabled via cross-functional collaboration across Core Payments, Tech, Finance and Legal.
