This role combines technical leadership with organizational strategy to drive delivery excellence across products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will define engineering strategy, mentor talent, and foster innovation while partnering with Architecture, Product, Security and Operations to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading software engineering organizations delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Proven ability to scale teams, develop leaders, and drive organizational change.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and platform engineering.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software engineering teams delivering secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with product roadmaps and business goals.
• Drive modernization, best practices, and measurable performance of platforms.
• Oversee delivery across teams, ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability.
