Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across 30+ North American facilities. You will own electrical infrastructure from 26 kV to 230 kV, drive capital projects, and mentor SMEs while coordinating with cross-functional leaders.

The role requires 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience with at least five years in leadership, plus a PE license and strong analytical, communication and program management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Electrical Engineering) from an accredited institution.
• 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience, including at least five years of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical Design Engineering team and SMEs across facilities.
• Lead electrical infrastructure design for capital projects in HV/MV/LV ranges.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards library and technical programs.
• Provide engineering support to operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
