Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across 30+ North American facilities. You will drive HV/MV/LV design, capital projects, and standards development while partnering with site teams and cross-functional leaders.

The role requires 15–20 years in electrical engineering with leadership experience; a PE license is highly desired. Travel up to 30% to support expansions and feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in electrical engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• PE license in the United States is highly desired.
• Experience with HV, MV, and LV systems and electrical infrastructure across large facilities.
• Experience managing technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Design Engineering team across multiple facilities and projects.
• Oversee capital electrical infrastructure projects and front-end loading activities.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SMEs and support operations with upgrades.
