Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead its Electrical Design Engineering team across North America. You will direct HV, MV, and LV design activities for energy-from-waste facilities, mentor SMEs, and drive capital projects and feasibility studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Electrical) required.
• 15–20 years in electrical engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with HV/MV/LV electrical systems and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Design Engineering across HV, MV, and LV systems.
• Oversee capital projects and technical programs.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards library.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
