Reworld is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team supporting the Energy-from-Waste process across 30+ facilities in North America.

The role focuses on HV/MV/LV systems, protection schemes, and major capital projects, with collaboration across site/regional teams. Requires 15–20 years in electrical engineering and 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15–20 years in electrical engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with MV and HV systems (switchgear, transformers, relays).
• Past roles leading design teams and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Design Engineering team for Energy-from-Waste facilities across North America.
• Oversee HV/MV/LV electrical design, protection, and studies.
• Manage capital projects, FEL processes, and technical programs.
• Develop and maintain electrical standards and library.
• Support operations with engineering upgrades and risk assessments.
