Ultimate Medical Academy in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the development, implementation, and management of educational programs. This onsite role ensures high-quality, accessible courses that meet accreditation standards and support student success.

You will collaborate with faculty and staff to drive program delivery, monitor effectiveness, and manage budgets while overseeing regional operations. Leadership and a commitment to inclusive education are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.
• Master’s degree from CHEA-accredited institution.
• Current ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of full-time clinical radiology experience.
• Two years of instructor experience in an accredited program.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Computer literacy to navigate required technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs aligned with institutional goals.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support program delivery.
• Ensure accreditation standards and accessibility for all students.
• Manage budgets and resources for programs.
• Oversee regional program operations across multiple geographic regions.
• Analyze regional market trends to tailor recruitment efforts.
• Support cross-regional collaboration and best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain a positive culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
