Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy in Tampa, FL is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the development, implementation, and management of radiography education programs. You will ensure high-quality, accessible courses that meet accreditation standards and student success.

The role requires graduate radiography training with ARRT certification, at least 3 years of clinical radiography experience, and 2 years of instructional leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.
• Master’s degree from CHEA- or ED-recognized institution.
• ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent license.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑time clinical radiography experience.
• At least 2 years teaching experience in an accredited program.
• Proven instructional, student evaluation and supervision experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee radiography education programs.
• Monitor and improve program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to deliver courses.
• Ensure accreditation compliance and accessibility for all students.
• Manage budgets and resources for programs.
• Provide regional leadership across multiple campuses.
• Use data to tailor recruitment and outreach strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster engagement.
