Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy in Tampa, FL is seeking a Graduate Success Coordinator to support graduates and students in securing employment in allied healthcare. This full-time remote role focuses on coaching during the initial weeks, developing systems for job placement, and verifying placements.

You will collaborate with Career Services and Alumni teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and help graduates overcome obstacles to achieve career success.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, career services, employment staffing, out placement services, executive search, or related field.
• Knowledge of different application processes and expectations.
• Experience overcoming graduate obstacles.
• Skills – organization, communication/interpersonal skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
• Ability to fluently communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Support and Coaching: assist graduates in employment success during initial 2 weeks and up to 30 days.
• System Development and Maintenance: develop and maintain systems to support employment opportunities for students and graduates.
• Placement Verification and Student Identification: identify active students employed in allied healthcare facilities and complete verification promptly.
• Collaboration and Process Completion: partner with Career Services team and Placement Verification Team to complete verification processes.
• Alumni Connection and Obstacle Resolution: connect working graduates with Alumni Department for ongoing career services support.
