Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy in Florida is seeking an Instructor to deliver the centralized curriculum and engage online learners at our Clearwater campus. You will work with program leaders to promote student success and help students advance toward certification and career placements, delivering timely feedback and maintaining professional standards.

Requirements include a Florida nursing license, teaching adults experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and LMS tools.

Qualifications

Florida nursing license to practice (practical or professional).
At least one year of clinical experience and either a course in teaching adults or one year teaching adults or supervising nursing assistants.
Strong communication, organization, time management and high energy.
Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver the centralized curriculum according to an assigned schedule.
Facilitate discussion forums and host weekly office hours to engage students.
Grade activities weekly and provide timely academic feedback.
Create learning tools to support student success and tailor feedback constructively.
Maintain professional standards, keep an up-to-date faculty file, and communicate with leadership and students.
Perform other duties as assigned.
