Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy, a Tampa-based nonprofit education provider, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the development and management of radiography and related programs. You will ensure high-quality, accessible courses across multiple campuses, including Clearwater and Tampa, with a focus on patient-care education and outcomes.

You will oversee program implementation, evaluation, and compliance while collaborating with faculty and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.
• t
• Holds a master’s degree from an agency-recognized institution.
• Possesses current ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent.
• Demonstrates at least three years of full-time clinical radiography experience.
• Two years of instructor experience in an accredited program.
• Experience in instruction, student evaluation, and academic advising.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with institutional goals.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and student outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support program delivery.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and accessibility for all students.
• Manage budgets and resources for programs.
• Provide regional oversight of education programs across multiple regions.
• Analyze regional market trends to tailor recruitment and outreach.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster wellness, recognition, and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
