Ultimate Medical Academy in Clearwater, FL seeks an Admissions Advisor II to engage prospective students, promote UMA programs, and guide applicants through the enrollment process during their provisional enrollment period.

You will build relationships with community partners, host campus events, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate paperwork and timely follow-up, while delivering exceptional customer service in a compliant, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospective students and partners.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with community partners, prospective students, and influencers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Proficiency in promoting UMA’s mission and benefits to generate interest.
• High level of service skills to support prospective students through enrollment.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Basic computer skills to navigate required technology.

Responsibilities

• Promote UMA programs to prospective students and determine fit.
• Engage with community partners to build recognition and referrals.
• Maintain communication with students to encourage referrals and continued education.
• Host monthly on-campus activities to generate referrals and build relationships.
• Answer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and schedule campus tours.
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for campus tours.
• Follow up with prospects in a timely, compliant manner.
• Document interactions in the student database following processes.
• Conduct campus tours and coordinate meetings with program directors.
• Evaluate prospective students and complete required paperwork and data entry.
