Ultimate Medical Academy in Florida seeks a Program Supervisor to lead development, implementation, and management of radiography programs across campuses. You will ensure high-quality, accessible courses meeting accreditation standards and student success goals.

The role requires a master's degree, ARRT certification, and several years teaching and clinical experience, with travel to multiple campuses and the ability to manage budgets and program operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.
• Holds a master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Possesses ARRT certification in radiography or an equivalent license.
• Minimum three years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging.
• Two years of instructor experience in an accredited program.
• Demonstrates experience in instruction, student evaluation, and supervision.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee programs that align with institutional goals and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness; adjust to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff for successful program delivery.
• Ensure compliance and accessibility of all programs to all students.
• Manage budgets and resources for programs.
• Oversee regional program operations across multiple regions.
• Analyze regional market trends to adjust recruitment strategies.
• Foster cross-regional collaboration and best practices.
• Lead and develop team members to promote a positive work culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Master's degree

ARRT certification in radiography

3+ years clinical radiography experience

2+ years as an instructor in an accredited program
