Forsyth Barnes is partnering with a leading global consumer goods organisation to recruit a Director of DTC E-Commerce & Digital Strategy for New York City. Qualifications

Proven experience leading DTC e-commerce or digital commerce strategy within a consumer-facing organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of DTC e-commerce and digital commerce strategies across multiple consumer brands.
Support the transformation and replatforming of e-commerce capabilities, including the implementation of Shopify.
Act as a strategic bridge between commercial stakeholders, brand teams and technology partners, translating business objectives into digital product requirements.
Shape digital customer experiences, including personalisation, loyalty, conversion optimisation and cross-brand commerce.
Develop digital product roadmaps and work with technical teams and external partners to deliver scalable e-commerce solutions.
Identify opportunities to accelerate DTC growth while complementing existing retail and wholesale channels.
