Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a Director of eCommerce to spearhead the launch and scale of a new DTC platform on Shopify Plus. You will define the growth strategy, own the P&L, and build the team and processes necessary for long-term success.

The role demands a commercial leader with hands-on execution ability across email, SMS, loyalty programs, paid social, and end-to-end customer journey optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Director of eCommerce or senior leadership role.
• Experience building, launching and scaling a DTC platform.
• Strong Shopify/Shopify Plus knowledge and operations.
• Hands-on with email marketing, SMS, loyalty and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the eCommerce strategy and P&L for the DTC platform.
• Drive revenue growth, CAC and LTV optimization across all channels.
• Oversee site operations, CRO, merchandising and customer journey improvements.
• Lead external agencies and partners to achieve commercial targets.
