Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years in DTC e-commerce with hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus leadership.
• 2+ years owning entire site experience including architecture, UX, CRO, or site operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across UX, CRO, and Development.

Responsibilities

• Transform Freebird.com into a world-class DTC platform.
• Build systems, processes, and governance for compliance and data integrity.
• Own planning and execution for key promotional events.
