• Extensive biopharma experience with strategy, PMO, or operations.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP level executives.
• Strong data-driven decision making and governance skills.

• Serve as Chief of Staff to CSOs and coordinate leadership cadence.
• Lead executive operating rhythm, QBRs, meetings, and follow-through.
• Prepare briefing decks for executive reviews and board meetings.
• Cascade enterprise strategies into Discovery and represent research teams.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity modeling, and headcount governance.
• Manage budget forecasting, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Drive post-deal integration and research partnerships onboarding.
• Lead metrics, dashboards, and reporting on velocity and delivery.
