Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Strategy & Operations (BS&O) for Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO).

This leader will serve as Chief of Staff to the Head of GCDO and the LT, orchestrating strategic alignment, governance, and multi-year workforce planning. They will steward capacity models, budgets, and functional analytics, lead due diligence in BD terms, and partner with Communications to ensure clear organizational messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences discipline or related business/scientific field required.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and Chief of Staff to the Head of GCDO and the GCDO leadership team.
• Lead operational rhythm of GCDO: agendas, LT meetings, offsites, action tracking and execution.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Resource Management on workforce planning and data stewardship.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field

Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) strongly preferred
