Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Business Strategy & Operations (BS&O) for Discovery & Research in the US. This role partners with CSOs, leads executive rhythms, workforce planning, and budget stewardship to drive early research and discovery programs.

You will collaborate with HR, Resource Management, and R&D Finance to align headcount and resources with strategic priorities, support due diligence, and influence governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/MBA) preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with drug development, portfolio management, data science/informatics, or R&D operations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Chief of Staff to the CSOs in Neuroscience and Oncology.
• Architect and lead the executive operating rhythm across therapeutic areas.
• Prepare briefing decks and strategic presentations for reviews and governance forums.
• Lead workforce planning and resource management with HR, Resource Management, and Finance.
• Manage the overall Discovery & Research budget and financial cadence.
• Lead post-deal integration and diligence with Corporate Development and Alliance Management.
