Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, headquartered in Dublin with a major U.S. presence, seeks a Director of Business Strategy & Operations (BS&O) for the GCDO.

You will partner with the Head of GCDO to align strategy, govern operations, and manage workforce planning and budgets across global clinical development activities. You will drive multi-year capacity planning, data stewardship, and due diligence in BD scenarios, while leading cross-functional change initiatives and executive communications for ongoing

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff to head of Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) and LT.
• Lead GCDO operational rhythm: agendas, LT meetings, offsites, action-tracking.
• Oversee multi-year workforce planning and data stewardship for resource management.
• Drive budget cadence, forecasting, variance analysis, and OpEx alignment.
• Lead BD due diligence, post-deal integrations, and operational viability assessments.
• Set OKRs/KPIs and implement process improvements across GCDO and R&D interfaces.
