Qualifications

• Extensive experience in biopharmaceuticals with drug development exposure.
• Strategic business operations or PMO leadership with executive partners.
• Leading workforce planning, capacity modeling, and timecard compliance.
• Budget management, financial forecasting, and variance tracking with Finance.
• BD due diligence and post-deal integrations or platform onboarding.
• Executive presence and ability to influence VP/SVP level stakeholders.
• Communication skills to synthesize narratives for executives and boards.
• Interpreting resource models and financial analyses for strategy.
• Demonstrated multi-year workforce planning and resource stewardship.
• Cross-functional orchestration across global teams.
• Continuous improvement and AI-enabled workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chief of Staff functions for CSOs in Neuroscience and Oncology Discovery.
• Architect and manage the executive operating rhythm, meetings, and QBRs.
• Prepare briefing decks for Quarterly Reviews, Board meetings, and governance.
• Collaborate to cascade enterprise strategies into Discovery operations.
• Own workforce and capacity planning across Discovery to support program goals.
• Oversee budget stewardship and quarterly financial cadence with Finance.
• Lead post-deal integration for new programs and partnerships.
• Drive OKRs/KPIs and operational dashboards for performance tracking.
• Shape internal communications and foster a collaborative culture.
• Implement process improvements and AI-enabled changes across non-lab ops.
