Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across sales, operations, technology or analytics.
• Experience or support of Sales & Service processes.
• Strong leadership of software product-service owners or similar teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the future roadmap, planning, development and execution of sales/service products.
• Collaborate with technology to ensure business requirements are met for initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve current product platforms and future vision.
• Work with Team NCVI to align processes, data and systems supporting client interactions.
• Lead adoption and standardized processes across the sales organization.
