Job summary

Gartner’s Digital Experience (GDX) team is seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Product Management to steer a team of PMs and partner with engineering to build and enhance Gartner's digital platforms. You will drive adoptions and client experience for BuySmart while unifying assets into a connected technology buying journey.

You will own the product vision, lead execution, and grow the team while aligning stakeholders to a single vision, influencing cross-functional leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years as a digital product owner with 6–10 years managing product managers.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience defining product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong focus on user experience and problem-solving.
• Ability to translate updates for executives and teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management; ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with AI tooling to scale product management.

Responsibilities
