Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Product Director within Gartner Product Management to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio serving Tech Services and Buy-side/Sell-side investment firms. You will drive the roadmap, launches, and measurable business impact in collaboration with Research, Sales and Service.

This high-visibility role requires deep client insight, strong analytics, executive presence, and the ability to influence across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Customer obsession, product craft and commercial acumen.
• 7-10 years professional experience in product management and/or strategy/management consulting; knowledge of Tech Services and Financial Services Buy-side/Sell-side space preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills; ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations and measurable impact.
• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with executive presence to simplify complexity for senior audiences.
• Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and outputs.
• Bias for action, ability to balance tradeoffs, prioritize for business impact, willingness to roll up your sleeves.

• Understand client needs through research and analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities.
• Define product opportunities and drive go-to-market efforts to adoption and growth.
