Job summary

Gartner Inc. is seeking a Director, Product within the Global Sales & Services Technology (GSST) team.

You will own the future roadmaps for sales tools, collaborating with IT to deliver AI-driven features, improve efficiency, and drive client retention and CV growth. You’ll lead across teams to translate business needs into innovative tech, manage stakeholder expectations, and champion scalable product solutions for the client journey.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience across sales, operations, technology or analytics.
Experience with AI GTM and tools.
Translate business requirements into innovative tech product vision.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the future roadmap, planning and execution of products for Sales & Service.
Collaborate with IT to ensure requirements are met and maintain product platforms.
Understand processes and data supporting Sales, Services and client interactions.
Prioritize product work to maximize impact and alignment with strategy.
Evolve technology, tools and content to simplify user experience and drive ROI.
Leverage AI tools to influence product direction and capabilities.
Partner with business units, IT and vendors for requirements and implementation.
Coordinate adoption and standardized processes across the sales organization.
Communicate progress to senior leadership and secure buy-in.
