Job summary

Runway is seeking a senior leader to own the developer platform and API as a product, shaping the roadmap to convert it into a revenue stream. This remote US role reports to executive leadership and leads strategy with engineering and DevRel teams.

You will drive developer onboarding, activation, and adoption metrics, while hiring PMs as the business scales and balancing bets to maximize platform value and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, leading a developer-facing or platform/API product at scale.
• Track record of moving revenue and adoption metrics, not just shipping features.
• GM mindset with ownership of P&L-like numbers.
• Strong technical fluency and customer obsession with APIs and developer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer platform business and API revenue goals.
• Drive strategy for the portfolio of bets.
• Win professional developers, agencies, and platform partners.
• Ship hands-on, talk to developers weekly, ship PRs and reference integrations.
• Build the team and hire PMs as the business grows.
