Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Developer Relations Manager to lead developer engagement for a platform spanning AI, APIs, and digital payments. You’ll work with Product and Engineering to improve developer experience, create valuable assets, and drive ecosystem growth.

The role emphasizes technical content, hands-on prototyping, and community engagement to accelerate adoption, with a remote-first setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developer tools, SDKs, APIs, or developer relations.
• Proven ability to create developer-facing assets like sample apps and tutorials.
• Strong software engineering skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with payments, tokenized assets, or blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborative experience with Product and Engineering teams on API design.
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate adoption of the company’s digital currency and AI platform across the ecosystem.
• Build AI agents and commerce applications using the company’s internal studio and agent stack.
• Create technical content such as blogs, videos, and workshops for developers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape APIs and developer experience.
• Support product launches with demos and educational resources.
• Engage with AI developers and open-source communities to drive adoption.
• Prototype with coding agents to demonstrate workflows and evangelize the platform.
