Job summary

Runway is seeking a Product Leader to own the Developer Platform business end-to-end in the United States. You'll begin as the primary PM and eventually build a team to scale the API revenue and platform strategy.

You’ll own the API revenue number, prioritize the portfolio of bets, and partner with engineering, design, DevRel, PMM, and partnerships to deliver the best developer experience for media models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably leading a developer-facing or platform/API product at meaningful scale.
• A GM mindset with fluency in the economics of a usage-based API business.
• Hands-on experience with API/SDK design, developer onboarding, docs and DevRel, and usage-based pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer platform business, driving API revenue, signups, activation, and developer health metrics.
• Create and drive the strategy, prioritizing portfolio bets and investment decisions.
• Win professional developers by partnering with agencies, software tools, and platform partners.
• Ship hands-on by reviewing PRs, integrations, and collaborating with engineering, design, DevRel, PMM and partnerships.
• Build the team by hiring PMs as the business scales.
