Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and provide Deltek Costpoint consulting across regulated industries. The role oversees staff from Associates to Senior Managers and guides implementation of Deltek suites for government contracting and nonprofit clients.

The position emphasizes project leadership, compliance interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver client-focused solutions while growing the practice and building new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience including accounting and system-focused knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Architects and leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and other core offerings.
• Manages technology integrations through project management and with Deltek knowledge when required.
• Oversees projects’ phases and works with clients to achieve objectives.
• Manages implementation engagements independently and with teams for core Deltek offerings.
• Interprets FAR, CAS, and GSA requirements as they relate to Deltek & other technology.
• Supports business development through client relationships and proposals.
