Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Deltek Practice Director to lead the ISS Deltek Practice, maintain client relationships, and oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers. You will implement Deltek Costpoint for clients in government contracting and non-profit sectors, guiding projects from discovery to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ERP implementations, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Deltek products, with CPA/CMA/PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience including accounting/system-focused knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERP & technology implementation best practices; required.
• Experience with Government contracting, nonprofit, and other regulated industries; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architects & leads implementations for Deltek Costpoint and other core offerings.
• Manages technology integrations through project management with Deltek knowledge.
• Owns project phases and collaborates with clients to achieve objectives.
• Manages implementation engagements, independently and with teams.
• Interprets compliance for Deltek-related activities across federal/non-profit sectors.
• Reviews and develops accounting, contracts, and pricing policies to secure new business.
• Drives practice growth through client expansion and process improvements.
• Performs other duties as required.
