Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an ISS Deltek Practice Director to lead client engagements, architect Deltek Costpoint implementations, and supervise staff from Associates to Senior Managers. The role emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, and delivering end-to-end ERP solutions for government contracting and nonprofit clients.

You will drive project success, grow the practice with new business, and mentor teams while collaborating with clients and internal leadership to meet objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of relevant experience in accounting, ERP/Deltek implementations, and staff leadership.
• Experience with government contracting, nonprofit, and regulated industries preferred.
• CPA/CMA/PMP or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek CostPoint implementations and related core offerings.
• Manage technology integrations and project management across engagements.
• Apply the BDO framework to drive project objectives from planning through delivery.
• Oversee project staffing, budgets, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, non-profit, and other regulations as applicable.
• Develop policies and procedures to secure new business and support renewals and expansions.
• Coach and develop staff; participate in business development and client relationship growth.
