Job summary

BDO USA seeks a highly experienced ISS Deltek Practice Director to maintain client relationships and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for clients in regulated sectors. You will oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers and drive projects from concept to successful delivery.

The role requires deep ERP and Deltek know-how, with a focus on compliance, process improvement, and business development to grow the practice. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Ten+ years of experience with Deltek Costpoint and ERP implementations.
• Experience in government contracting and nonprofit sectors preferred.
• Proven leadership of people, projects, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead Deltek Costpoint implementations for clients.
• Oversee staff from Associates to Senior Managers.
• Manage client relationships and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and GSA schedules.
• Plan, scope, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
