Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director - Delivery Excellence 3 to drive process optimization across a global business services organization. This remote role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess workflows, define opportunities, and support execution of strategic operational goals.

You will build KPI visibility, guide teams through change, and strengthen overall process discipline to improve delivery performance and efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or Analytics master’s preferred.
• APMP Practitioner Certification and ITIL Foundation Certificate required; PRINCE2 certs advantageous.
• SAFe Agilist is a plus; English proficiency at C2 level is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes.
• Analyze and evaluate existing procedures for enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Identify KPIs to measure process efficiency and impact.
• Monitor and report progress of process optimization projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives.
• Provide training and support on process optimization best practices.

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Delivery Excellence 3 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will drive process optimization initiatives across the organization, with a strong focus on improving delivery performance, efficiency, and operational consistency.

You will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess current workflows, define improvement opportunities, and support execution against strategic operational goals.

The position also includes building KPI visibility, guiding teams through change, and strengthening overall process discipline in a global business services environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities
