Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, operations, or program management roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Looker.

• Excellent written communication skills for clear strategy articulation.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and reduce decision-making layers.
• Experience in government, public-sector, or mission-driven organizations.
• Proven track record in managing OKR or performance-versus-plan processes.

This role will serve as a key connector between long-term strategic priorities and day-to-day execution across the organization. You will drive operating rhythms that keep leadership aligned, surface performance insights, and help translate complex strategy into clear actions. The position partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen decision-making, improve organizational effectiveness, and advance high-impact initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $155,000 annually
