Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Transformation and Shared Services to guide enterprise priorities and turn strategy into executable plans. The role partners with the COO to drive cross‑functional transformation, automate processes, and enhance service quality, compliance, and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead shared services optimization across functions, deliver measurable business outcomes, and strengthen executive visibility through dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, business transformation, or enterprise program management.
• Experience as a VP of Operations or senior operations executive in a B2B services organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Lead shared services optimization and oversee functional improvements in service delivery.
• Redesign and automate processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Embed continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Own strategic initiatives from planning through execution and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams in new client implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen executive visibility through performance dashboards and KPIs.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President of Transformation and Shared Services to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This senior leader will partner closely with the COO to shape enterprise priorities and turn strategy into executable plans.

The role will drive shared services optimization, process redesign, and automation to improve service delivery, quality, compliance, and productivity.

It will also lead cross-functional transformation efforts, strengthen executive visibility through performance reporting, and deliver measurable business outcomes across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $190,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into actionable plans
• Lead shared services optimization and oversee functional improvements in service delivery

• Demonstrated results in leading cross-functional transformation and shared services optimization
• Strong program management skills in planning, governance, and risk management
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methods; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Strong financial acumen and executive communication skills
