Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Director - Delivery Excellence 3 to drive process optimization across a global business services organization. This remote role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess workflows, define opportunities, and support execution of strategic operational goals.
You will build KPI visibility, guide teams through change, and strengthen overall process discipline to improve delivery performance and efficiency at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or Analytics master’s preferred.
- APMP Practitioner Certification and ITIL Foundation Certificate required; PRINCE2 certs advantageous.
- SAFe Agilist is a plus; English proficiency at C2 level is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes.
- Analyze and evaluate existing procedures for enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Identify KPIs to measure process efficiency and impact.
- Monitor and report progress of process optimization projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align goals with organizational objectives.
- Provide training and support on process optimization best practices.
