Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Director of Business Development for USSOCOM, reporting to the Strategic Growth team. You will own multi-year capture efforts, build relationships with end-users, OEMs, primes, and PM Offices, and shape capability requirements to guide Silvus solutions.
Remote work is possible depending on location; travel up to 50% to engage customers and deliver multi-year programs.
Formación
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in defense sales or business development, USSOCOM focused.
Responsabilidades
- Take ownership of and drive the capture process for large-scale, multi-year SOCOM programs.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain deep relationships with buying influences on assigned programs.
- Influence technical requirements for long-term programs and position MN-MIMO technology as a key component.
- Manage full lifecycle of long-cycle pursuits from horizon scanning to proposal and award.
- Collaborate with Market Development Executive and Account Sales for seamless transition of landed programs.
