Job summary

JLL is seeking a Solution Manager for the Data Center Vertical to lead the development of outsourcing solutions that improve client proposals and operational delivery. The role requires strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to tailor solutions for prospective clients.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Data Center environment, exceptional listening skills, and a deep understanding of real estate outsourcing models. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Previous operational experience in a Data Center environment is mandatory.
• Integrated Facilities Management knowledge strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize client needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of comprehensive outsourcing solutions for Data Center clients.
• Manage critical deliverables including integrated solution design.
• Serve as liaison between sales teams and service line leaders.
