Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Global Data Center Account Director to own the commercial relationship and growth plan for a strategic data center client. You will leverage deep data center infrastructure expertise to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deliver tailored solutions across regions.

The role requires leading high-performing teams, aligning with regional operations, and driving performance against contract SLAs while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management or engineering in real estate, with data center or critical environments preferred.
• Experience managing a portfolio of critical environments.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and retain large teams in a client service model.
• Established track record with executive decision-makers across organizations.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones in a global business.
• Budget management of multi-million dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a global data center client and executive relationships.
• Understand client roadmaps, digital transformation, cloud strategies and infrastructure needs.
• Engage in discussions about power, cooling, compliance and sustainability in data centers.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with growth and revenue targets.
• Navigate a matrixed organization to ensure local relevance while driving global performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
